1.1    At Numskull Trade we believe that your privacy has the utmost importance and as a result, we take extra care to ensure that it remains safe. Your data is stored securely and where possible, also encrypted.

1.2    This policy applies where we are acting as a data controller (i.e. controlling your personal information). We determine how that data is processed and managed.

2. Terms

2.1    By using numskulltrade.com and any other services that we provide, you agree to be legally bound by this document, in full, in addition to any local laws that may apply.

2.2    We collect data only where strictly necessary and where we have a justified purpose for keeping it. Data that is no longer required is routinely deleted.

2.3    Where possible, we ask for you consent before collecting personal information. Before providing us with any information, it is advised that you carefully read this document first.

3. Data

3.1    We may collect and process your personal data. Types of data that we collect include, but are not limited to: your IP address, geographical location, operating system, browser type, source of referral, length of visit, name, email address, phone number, address, transactional data, account data in addition to the frequency and pattern of your service use.

3.2    The personal data that we collect and manage is as listed:

(i)      Email submission forms collect name and email addresses. These are collected to receive email newsletters. This information is stored securely in a database and is deleted upon request. Consent is obtained before collection. This information is regarded as sensitive.

(ii)     Contact forms collect name, email address and phone numbers. These are collected to reply to new queries. This information is stored securely in a database and is deleted upon request. Consent is not obtained before collection. This information is regarded as sensitive.

3.3    We may use third party sub-processors to handle your data. They are as listed:

3.8    We may process your data where it is necessary for court proceedings or an administrative out-of-court procedure.

4. Your rights

4.1    Your principle rights under this document and data protection laws are:

(i)      the right to request and access;

(ii)     the right to delete;

(iii)    the right to update;

(iii)    the right to stop processing;

(iv)    the right to restrict processing;

(v)     the right to data portability;

(vi)    the right to withdraw consent;

(vii)   the right to complain to a supervisory body;

4.2    You may exercise any of your rights relating to your personal data by writing to us via the provided contact form on Numskulltrade.com.

4.3    Withdrawal of your consent relating to your data being processed will not affect the lawfulness of data processing prior to the consent being withdrawn.

4.4    If you consider that data processing on our part has infringed data protection laws, you have the legal right to complain to a supervisory body responsible for data protection.

4.5    You have the right to restrict or stop data processing of your information at any time where there is a legal basis to do so.

Mobile Terms of Service

The Numskull Trade mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Numskull Trade (“Numskull Trade”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Numskull Trade’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Numskull Trade through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Numskull Trade. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Numskull or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Numskull Trade mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

For Service support or assistance, text HELP to Numskull or email Help@numskulltrade.com.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
